These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LazyTradie ("LazyTradie", "we", "us", or "our") — an AI-powered booking and job automation platform built for Australian tradespeople. By signing up for or using LazyTradie, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

01 Who can use LazyTradie

LazyTradie is for tradespeople and trade businesses operating in Australia. To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old and authorised to run the business you're signing up. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for everything that happens under your account.

02 What LazyTradie does

LazyTradie acts as an AI receptionist. It can answer your WhatsApp and phone enquiries, quote and book jobs, send confirmations and reminders, and sync bookings to connected tools like your CRM. You decide how the AI behaves within the settings we provide, and you remain responsible for the jobs, quotes, and customers it handles on your behalf.

03 Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account.
  • Make sure the business and contact details you give us are correct and current.
  • Use the platform lawfully — don't use it to send spam, mislead customers, or break any Australian law.
  • Check and confirm bookings, quotes, and customer details where it matters to your business.
  • Hold any licences, insurances, and registrations your trade requires — that's on you, not us.

04 Connected services

LazyTradie connects to third-party services such as WhatsApp, your CRM, and email and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

05 The platform is provided "as is"

Plain English: We work hard to keep LazyTradie running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or perfect results. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

06 Fees

If your plan has a fee, we'll make the pricing clear before you're charged. Fees are billed in Australian dollars. Where pricing or plan changes apply, we'll give you reasonable notice.

07 Your content and data

You keep ownership of your business data, customer details, and content you put into LazyTradie. You grant us the permission we need to operate the platform and provide the service to you. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

08 Suspension and termination

You can stop using LazyTradie at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, misuses the platform, or creates risk for us or other users. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll let you know first.

09 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use LazyTradie after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.
